mama doe has twins...

This is Mama Doe (as I have lovingly named her).
She has been my backyard visitor this summer.
Well Mama Doe had TWINS!!!!!
So now, twice a day, her and her two cute, bouncy, rambunctious babies stroll through my backyard!
(which is more like a back-hill)
I got a picture of one of the babies this morning.
The little ones are still a bit camera shy
(or maybe they are not use to me or Charlene's crying at them yet).
I did get a good picture of one as it was trying to catch up to Mama.
Look at the little spots!
This one is a little more independent and bigger than it's sibling,
usually tagging behind Mama or bouncing like Tigger!
Hopefully I can get a picture of both the twins together to post.

Have a Wonderful Wednesday!!!!

Oh, I almost forgot...
Today's Shout-Out!

Lucky, lucky you to have such gorgeous visitors! Thanks for sharing. If you want them to visit/hang around even more often, you can try installing a salt lick (you can get them wherever equestrian supplies are sold).

I hope I can get some more pics of them! They are just so precious. I can tell when they are in the back because Charlene starts to whine and get all excited. She even likes seeing them. I never thought of a salt lick, what a great idea. I have been tossing out cut up apples, about every other day, for a treat. Yes they are very special indeed.

You must have a quick shutter speed to capture this fab picture. I'm usually on a three second delay and by then they have scattered off. LOL Hope you will find similar friends on your camping trip with your boys.

So cute. Love it! I saw some babies out here in the parking lot at work the other day. They were making noises too. Thanks for sharing. Hope all is well. Miss seeing you.

How blessed you are to see the deer - it always makes my day when I catch a peek at any in the nearby fields!

Oh how sweet! I love deer and their babies. We would sometimes see them when we would go for walks. They are so darn adorable. What a blessing to have them visiting you in your own backyard. :)
Also, thanks for the Shout Outs, I really enjoy going and checking out the blogs you post about. You find so many fun and creative blogs. I checked out the DIY Crafty blog, wow, cute stuff. How do people think of all these things. It's amazing!
Hope you are doing well! Happy and beautiful Sunday to you! :)

Hi Sandra! I know nothing about cameras except this one is old. I was lucky to get this picture. I have tried since and they dash off before I get a chance to hit the button. I think they are still camera shy :)

Hi Eddie! Glad you got to see some babies too. These ones make noise if they are not close enough to the mama. I miss seeing all of you also. Hope everything is going well.

Hi Rachel-It is such a gift, even if its only a little glimpse of them.

Hi Carolyn! I agree. Where I live there are deer all over and seeing a group in a field is a real treat too!

Hi Heather! I am SO glad you like the Shout-Outs! I enjoy sharing my finds and getting inspiration from others. Some of these people are absolutely amazingly creative.

Hi Keena! It is nice to see wildlife. It tends to make me slow down a bit and notice my surroundings a little more.

Hi Carolyn and Zoe! I bet if I got photography lessons from you I could get some really great photos!!!
